Roots and reality.
Chaws Beau is a Nigerian-born, UK-based independent artist blending Afrobeat rhythm with Hip-Hop and Trap intensity. Raised in Ota and shaped by the UK music scene, his sound reflects both roots and reality, with smooth melodies layered over hard drums.
His single “TINUBU” is a throwback to Sango, Nigeria. His 2026 project A Piece of Me includes “Ota Boy,” “Latino Girl,” “Juice & Sauce” and “Fast Forward,” and he features on Qunmie’s “Closer.” On stage, his 2026 shows have taken him across Bedford, Plymouth, Luton and London, including a place on the bill at Nasty C’s London show. He has also performed and been interviewed on television in Nigeria, on TVC.
Brainbox Culture follows his journey, from new releases and performances to interviews, creative projects and the story behind the artist.
